I routinely get the wrong mail in my box and I can't count the number of times important mail (checks, bills, etc.) hasn't made it to the box. On the occasions I've had to visit the office itself, I can always count on rude, condescending, nasty attitudes from the workers. I would rather pay twice any shipping charge than to have to deal with these very unhappy people. If you hate the job and your customers so much - QUIT!By Chris Eilersen, June 03, 2017
